Or just don't give the points that it normally gives to everyone until the giveaway has completed and the flags have been set to received.

Here are 2 proposed solutions to prevent the fake-gifting I've been seeing around here. I'm not too sure if these will work, though. Give your thoughts?
1) For every copy of a game that is to be given away, subtract 10P (number can vary) from the donater's account temporarily. The points are given back to the donater when a successful transaction is complete.
2) I'm not too sure if this is possible, but is there a way to check if a person actually has an existing gift to give away before allowing a Giveaway can be posted?
