NVIDIA Promotion Help

So I got a Rise of the Tomb Raider Coupon from GTX980 and was redeeming it. When I redeemed it said could not redeem. I knew the reason cause at the same time was redeeming bundle games from indiegala and most of them I already owned resulting in a lock. I contacted support already but how do I get the game redeemed does it automatically get in to account or will I have to redeem a code manually when lock is over?
