A worthy thread, a worthy train.
Have a bump as means of thanks.
I wish I had a better thanking way,
But, alas!, I have nothing else to say.
Or wait, maybe I do;
I can congratulate you!
My words aren't great, this much I know;
My metric is poor and my rhymes are off.
Still, the accomplishments you tell us of
Are better than anything I can say, no?
o_O I came up with that on the spot! :D Will start to bump threads with a bad poem like that.

Fair fucks to you on the career path, and good luck on the roads

Aye, as an Arizona resident myself, I may run into you one day.
But I don't think the insurance company would be too happy with me, so let's hope I don't q:

Congratulations on those and good luck on any future challenges you may end up taking.
I've yet to attain my drivers license. I passed the exam and first aid both on first try but I need like another 15-20 hours of driving before I can take the driving exam.
I gotta say, doing so poorly in middle school, high school, etc. (my report cards looked like a drunk trying to cuss, but couldn't get passed the first letter (FFFFFFFFF)), I didn't think I'd ever do good in college. But every college class I've taken, I got an A and an occasional B. Point being, anyone can do anything they set their mind to, regardless of their past failures (:
If you're actually interested in something and set it as your goal then it'll be a lot easier to learn and achieve. Kids (or people in general) who aren't interested in anything and don't have specific goals are more likely to get bad grades, simply because it's hard to learn something you don't care about.

Well, hey, if you can get the exam and first aide knocked out on the first try, you'll nail the driving test! But, do you have to track your driving time? How does that work? o:

In Croatia you need to drive for 35 school hours (1 school hour = 45 minutes) with instructor before you can take the driving exam.
Most people that go to the driving school with me seem to keep track of the time themselves, albeit I don't see the point since instructor writes down how many hours you did every day in two documents and then has you sign them before you leave. I just check my status in those documents while signing them.
Instructor did tell me that I learn fast, especially given the fact that I've never drove a car before. However he does keep nagging me about me not doing enough checks when switching lanes and in intersections. Sometimes when I go left/right in intersection I'll touch the center line of the road I'm getting in and he says all of those things immediately make you flunk the exam. So it does seem they're very strict, hence I'm a bit worried.

Damn, Croatia sounds strict on their driving expectations. But good! I had no requirements for the driving test, just to have a permit beforehand. I trip to the MVD (Motor Vehicle Department) was longer than the test. They had me do a three point turn, then drive out of the building district and onto the freeway, just to take a turn and go back. And that is why we have so many bad drivers and accidents in the U.S.: they hand out licenses like candy.
But yeah, you always wanna check your mirrors and do a quick little over-the-shoulder look before merging lanes. One time, I forgot to look over-the-shoulder (only checked my mirrors), then out of nowhere, I hear someone slamming on their horn. Look back, only to realize they were just in my blind spot. All vehicles, even little cars have blind spots, which is why it's best to not rely only on mirrors. Sometimes when it comes to driving, you need to barley avoid an accident to learn why driving laws can be so strict. Try not to stress about the driving test, friend... Just drive between the lines, check carefully before lane merging, use turn signals, stop for pedestrians, stop signs, stop lights, etc., and avoid getting hit. I bet you'll do great!

Bump, although with your driver license you don't really need a train anymore 🏎️🏎️👀

Welp, within just the past few days, I've hit a few accomplishments - got my driver's license (only a few years late on this one), and passed the State Test for becoming a Caregiver and Medical Aide! I passed the class itself at the top of my class, but everyone of my classmates got an overall A grade, and not a single person failed the State Test. Now I can begin working in a field that has purpose, and work towards my final goal... not 100% sure what that is yet, but ya know, at least I'm a step closer. Plus, being able to legally drive now is great!
And speaking of driving, I have lots of tickets to ride on a little train! All you need is a Level 1 security clearance. Enjoy the ride! Also, a nice little something for my blue hearts/small group!
