Thats actually a common sight..Some of the straight A students end up going to economic majors, art majors, some kind of major regarding humans.. whatever its called in English.. They do well but not exceptional and due to so many people in these fields they have it hard..
I was doing poorly in middle school and got through vocational school (middle school+some kind of professional training) scraping by.
Went to Uni to study engineering. Doing great. Got student grant (5 people of the group get it).
Its about the same with my buddies. We are in different fields of study (Im vehicle engineering, theres civil egineering, forestry engineering, electrical enineering) All of us where very avarage and at times belove that in school.. So that is really no point of reference when judging someone..
I agree with you, due to my grades I almost didnt enroll... Glad I did.
Btw. What is your rules for becoming blue hearth ? ^^ I loved first dishnnored and would love to have a shot at winning second one. No hard feelings if theres not a chance however :) Good luck with pursuing your calling and finding a purpose.

Thank you for your story, very inspiring! I'm glad you decided to enroll as well. Sometimes, just gotta tell yourself "why not?" and go for it! So you're still in University at the moment, yeah? o:
And my rules for Blue Hearts are... there are no rules! q: I award them to people of exceptional friendliness, generosity, if someone makes me laugh really hard, etc. I liked hearing your story, so you earned it (:

Yes, im in uni now. Third year right now. Have to figure out what to write my bachalors degree about and should start considering where to work. Im actually considering with this "why not?" mindset and maybe will try my luck in US or Canada.

Welp, within just the past few days, I've hit a few accomplishments - got my driver's license (only a few years late on this one), and passed the State Test for becoming a Caregiver and Medical Aide! I passed the class itself at the top of my class, but everyone of my classmates got an overall A grade, and not a single person failed the State Test. Now I can begin working in a field that has purpose, and work towards my final goal... not 100% sure what that is yet, but ya know, at least I'm a step closer. Plus, being able to legally drive now is great!
And speaking of driving, I have lots of tickets to ride on a little train! All you need is a Level 1 security clearance. Enjoy the ride! Also, a nice little something for my blue hearts/small group!
I gotta say, doing so poorly in middle school, high school, etc. (my report cards looked like a drunk trying to cuss, but couldn't get passed the first letter (FFFFFFFFF)), I didn't think I'd ever do good in college. But every college class I've taken, I got an A and an occasional B. Point being, anyone can do anything they set their mind to, regardless of their past failures (:
Edit: Wow, I accidentally set the first giveaway to end 12 hours before the rest. So the first GA ended, but the rest are still going q: Also, thank you, everyone, for the congrats! :D
