Very true, this makes so much sense, every new solo developer should day 1 instead become somehow a AAA studio with 500+ employees located somewhere in Seattle and better not forget the pool tables for the employees , make youtube, insta, face, twitter, etc. channels about their development, sign themselves(I mean sell their soul) to a publisher because I mean that's what everyone else does if they want to survive(and automatically give away some of their hard work just to be pimped around), and lastly of course win the game dev lottery, every single one of them, because without winning the game dev lottery even AAA games go to shit. :)

You think every dev that has maybe a few hundred dollars to pay the steam fee to put their game out there has a few more thousands to pay for advertisements, promotions, maybe pay $5k so who knows what popular streamer plays it for 20 minutes in the hope it catches on? Most solo dev games end up being trashed around by a publisher and the dev quits cause they see nothing from it as the contracts are made to generate publishers money, not the dev, or they end up being bundled for a few cents and in that case no offense but why would solo devs continuously be working on them when everyone is calling them trash and treating them as such? In case you didn't know already, the video game market is extremely competitive, so it's not easy at all getting noticed.

You probably wouldn't feel much confidence either to grow and make bigger projects if you made something you're proud of and then people came to you and said "Wow look at that garbage, it's no Cyberpunk 2077, never heard of it so it can't be good, skip, lmao.".

Do you think about these things before you say them? Surprisingly, this is actually one of indiegala's better bundles recently as well.

PS: You're out there afking 7500 hours for your "where's my what" review on steam so it's "funny" someone has 7500 hours in it, a game that has 12 mixed reviews, and every single game in this bundle is more positively reviewed than that one with more reviews. So I guess I'm wondering, why are you playing a game no one heard of and not one of these?

looks higher quality than what I expect from IG. Even the grammar police game doesn't look bad.

still a skip, not interested enough in the things I would even play.

Not that bad for my taste. I also like "experimental" games, and The Tribulation Entanglement looks like one of these kind of games.
