New Metal Gear Solid coming to PC

Cool, I've never played them. Now all we need is a Dark Souls port and we're gold.

Will they port the older games?

Personally i think he should stop. This is just embarasing. When MGS4 was out, Kojima himself described it as the end of franchise and final chapter in MGS universe. Now we have a bunch of spinoffs, remastered editions and sequels which are just trying to make some money from the name. Don't even get me started explaining why MGS4 was so exceptionally bad.
When you make a game with more cutscenes than actual gameplay youre obviously doing something wrong. I would be happy with Steam editions of MGS1 and 2 (cause they're already PC versions of it) but working on any new MGS games is a waste of time. Just let it die gracefully

Looking at gameplay videos, Platinum really fucked this one up. Looks like Prototype and Dynasty Warriors had a retarded baby and shitted out this. Hack and slash to the extreme.

MGS series? If we're talking about Rising, the title is extremely misleading (not talking about you bloodman, but Konami themselves) and i honestly can't expect much of it (assuming it will come out on PC).

Now if we're talking about the slim chance of having MGS4 launched for PC, i'd happily watch it (and yes i mean watch it, for what i've seen the whole stealth component has gone to hell back and forth, so gameplay wise i can't expect much), BUT if we're talking about a new, unreleased, not Raiden related MGS game, i honestly dont know how could they do something without screwing up, considering the whole franchise is pretty much sealed shut story-wise so, best case scenario i can imagine a MGS4 port, or a remastered version of the first two on the MGS4 engine, as i can't imagine them releasing a MGS3 port (dont know why exactly, but i just dont see it possible).

I still hold some hope of course, as the MGS series is a forever favourite, but still......

This goes well with the new 500 dollar MGS model...
I would KILL.. FKING KILL... for a completely updated/remastered MGS 1-4 done for the PC.
