Do you?
Sometimes you want to say yes but you also want to hear what the NPC will say if you say no, it's sad. In real life we can say no at the first moment and then change our decision in the last moment, which's not the most 'English' behavior, but it's nice to have some time to think about life.
Please, give me your cats?

I imagine a group of nuns running frantically after a car that a school kid jumped in and started driving.
I somehow liked that version more than the one where you are running after a car with a lot of sexually repressed models that have become enlightened by god and turned to (nunism? Idk the word for it but I like this one)

Mostly will say that distributing no is sort of negativism but sometimes a no for others mean a yes for yourself, just like when you are going to accept something you don't like just to please someone.
Particularly i consider the no very healthy, even when we give them to ourselves like when we're angry with something and our judgement isn't clearly, it's wise to say no for all our bad chooses like chase a car fulfilled with terrorists or nuns.
Indeed, i'm not a no-guy and i'll be soon but for now i can't because i'm sort of a.... something disposable for YES!
