Find groups by Steam ID.

Hello. It would be nice if there was a way to find groups by Steam ID. The same way you can find users by using:

www.steamgifts.com/go/user/ID

There should be:

www.steamgifts.com/go/group/ID

That would make it a lot easier to find Steam groups on SG, which right now is only possible if you're a member of the group or if someone who is a member of the group gives you the link.

No, groups can share that information (their link) if they want. They also have the option to keep it private. It currently is as it should be.

There's no such thing as private groups on SG. They're all public, you just need to find them. Why not simply make that search easier?

Your argument is invalid because it could also be applied to the user search: if you know someone on Steam and want to find their SG profile you can do that. They do not have the option to keep it private (even if their Steam profile is private).

You're comparing apples to bananas. Giveaways have a reason for being private (you can enter them and potentially win a game). There is no benefit that can come from visiting a "private" group page.
