What do you mean 'support didn't help'? Shouldn't they have re-rolled the giveaway for you? That's what I thought normally happens anyway :)

Din't help with a viable solution... the most recent adivice was "try to resend the email" and i do not blame them at all, my english might be very bad because is not my native language. I respect support and this comunity but some problems can't be solved simply by a resend specialy if is a 60 days old problem :)

I have 1 closed ticked from 2 months and one from a couple of days... its just wrong to have problems with GIVING FREE GAMES TO A COMUNITY!

No, you can't turn keys into steam gifts.

Well, there's one week to complete the process of gifting for a reason, I advise you to wait to the end and then ask for reroll. Or try asking support for reroll now, looks like the guy don't want this game.
I know what you feel, when I made my first giveaway I sent game to the winner right away. Just to learn that he didn't come online in last 30 days to his Steam account. After seven days he finally showed up when I was just about to ask loko for reroll... Then he took the game and didn't activate it on his account. No, he didn't thank me either. So I asked loko for banhammer instead of reroll.

Two... months? Holy crap, I think I didn't read that part before or I didn't fully understand you, thought you had it in your inventory for a couple of months and lately you decided to give it away. But two months, now that's something... unusual. I admire your patience, I must say.
Well, in this situation reroll would just mean that your old giveaway gets deleted so it's not lowering your stats of received gifts (and it's not lowering your capability of making multiple giveaways at the same time if you would like to) - you won't be forced to make another giveaway then :).

So here is my problem... i have brink to give for a couple of months... i have send to the winer of last giveaway via email... i tried to reach him for at least once evrey 2-3 days and no luck. Support didn't help me much and because i am stuck with a "gift not rewarded" tag on my profile i refuse to let "the system win"
So today at around 13:00 CET (in about 30 min after this post) i will start a flash giveaway of brink... it will be a 5 minutes public giveaway.
If i am stuck with a "gift not recived" from the winner who EVEN TODAY was only to play Dota2 and i type to him and STILL NO ANSWER from that guy.... at least someone should enjoy the game.
Dear support: Do not care anymore if u are gonna leave me with "bad stamp" on profile but i consider that this is the fair way.
