Well, since he wasn't online for that week, that might mean he still doesn't know he should send you anything - maybe he's too busy with life, or even had an accident and lies in hospital (it wouldn't be a first time).
Of course, it could be fake giveaway (and that's why they are bad, people saying "doesn't matter if fake, have points to spare").
While rules says that both sides have 7 days, you might want to get some support answer if you should wait until he appears online, or just mark it as not received after time limit.
