Rerolls are only done by mods, usually for a reason. Did you already have the game or something?

I thought Support usually require a good reason for accepting a re-roll, but I can't see anything wrong with your profile which would suggest any obvious problems (other than that VAC ban, but I'm doubtful that would be grounds for a re-roll)...

Can't you create a ticket and ask Support what the deal is? Even if you don't agree, at least you'll know why it happened.

You should definitely contact support about it if you haven't already.

It's too late for you to receive the game, but you could perhaps at least learn the reason for the re-roll.

Trying to get the attention of a mod by posting on their steam profile doesn't help. Are you supposed to get special treatment above other people?

Looks like your account is in order and has no reason to re-roll. Although your account is Vac banned and you have it private (I never understand why, do people think they're that important?), it is not grounds for a re-roll. Are you sure it was re-rolled, perhaps the site is bugged or something? Contact support as mentioned though, it's strange for if it were to be re-rolled, as you have not had any action dealt against you in regards to if it were re-rolled for something that normal users can't look in to.

Did you enter a giveaway for a packaged game but you already own the base game or multiple games in it? Because some people dislike giving a set of packaged games to someone who already owns something in it.

Second, and this goes out to all users who try to do "junior moderating", just because a user's profile is clean doesn't mean that there wasn't a reason. While I'd explain it, this concerns only the user and the gifter, and no one else.
If you try to get "sympathy" by making threads like this with omitting information, you'll get suspended for calling out.
