Amazon games are region locked?

Hi, my friends and I want to buy a 4-pack of Payday 2. In Steam 4 pack is 16.6€ and in Amazon is 13€, so I prefer to buy it in Amazon rather than Steam.

Will run in europeans accounts?

Never had a problem with keys from amazon, neither german keys nor US keys.

I once had problems with the key for Saints Row 4. It didn't activate in Austria but at least I got a refund.

I bought my Payday 2 4-pack off Amazon a while back & each key activated fine on 4 different UK account & only just recently used the last one even though I bought it about 6 months ago.
