Can I giveaway something I won from here?

you can't, every won item has to be activated on the steam account that won the giveaway
i have a question regarding the bundle giveaways though, if i were to win one but already had one of the games in the bundle could i put up a ga just for that game? or do i give the code for that bundle back to the ga op?
