Essential Reading for the SG Crowd

I never participate in those sort of things. Even when it's not some sort of scam it's just not worth the time or effort.

I'm pretty sure everyone here already knew they were scams, and the sort of people who fall for this sort of stuff probably won't check those sorts of articles. Interesting to know some of the more in depth information, though.

I have to say, the survey sites with points-collecting strategy is quite convincing for some, the fact that you'll have to work hard and get points to unlock something... Seems pretty convincing.
Sadly enough, I refrain from completing any survey online unless it's from a trusted source. :>

Glad I read it. We all know these things are sleazy, but actual details on the why and how are enlightening.

When I was younger, I used one website like this. Now I'll never use websites like this. (I was even afraid of TremorGames) Thanks for an interesting read ;)
