What if suddenly the game disappeared from Steam?

It sucks, but nothing you / we can do.

What if suddenly I used my wallet for something else?

Tough luck.

Anyone knows a site where I can buy keys without bundles?

IG/Bundlestars/Humble/Gamersgate etc etc.

you can buy from resellers and deals are usually better, unless you're restricted to use steam wallet money, that's it.

and yes, valve's policies are pretty stupid, at least from users' standpoint.
