Anyone know if using a fake email address on the site is a no no - trying to contact a winner, no luck on steam, so emailed but it got bounced as being non deliverable email (checked it thrice) - is it usually acceptable?

I think there're no strict policies on e-mail addresses, but if you aren't able to contact the winner in a week,
then it's their fault, and you can ask for a re-roll.
Just make sure that the key wasn't available to the old winner, they could have activated it.
