Do chrono.gg games count as full priced games?
Looks like some of them count as Full priced (Dead Cells) and some of them as Bundled (Don't sink) - non of them was in any other bundle but you get to know that as soon as you try to create a giveaway for a game
Full priced are just name
Bundled - has one star
No value - has 2 stars

Things get added to the bundle game list for two reasons:
1. If a product goes (aprox) 95% off in USD value, and it's believed it was sold in high enough numbers to be exploitable for CV purposes.
(Actual bundles determine the 95% discount value by tier, which is why Tier 3s aren't typically considered bundled.)
2. If a product goes temporarily free, but does not do so in quantities high enough, or with sufficient ease of access for it to be considered exploitable for CV purposes (as a free game).
Chrono.gg coin games would be considered any of full-price, bundled, or free, depending on how exploitable the Bundler believes the games to be. Chrono.gg sale offers would be considered full-priced or bundled, depending on how significant the discount on them ends up being.
Also, a "Deal" is typically considered to be a limited time offer of significant discount, from which individuals can freely obtain individual copies of a product from. If you're not presenting a promotion of some sort, it'd be more suitable to change this thread's forum category to "General" by clicking the green "Open" button in the top right corner.

To recap what everyone just said in a few short words: Chrono.gg doesn't get any special consideration by SteamGifts.com.
Some games may be Full Price, others Bundle, others No Value, regardless of ever being on Chrono.gg

In what concerns the games bought with coins, you can see the CV for each of them here.
They're usually bundled (=> partial CV) and if they're not, then they get added to the partial CV list in a matter of hours after their release on the Chrono.gg shop. Apparently, the only exceptions to that rule were Dead Cells and Switchcars which still give full CV.

The title says it all, and if it's not full price, which one is it, is there someone here that tried?
