yes a ban is possible, however it would first be a normal couple/few day suspension instead of permanently banning a user for something like that. keep in mind though the user that won the game has 7full days to activate it before any action will be taken.

i suggest reading over the faq for more details about gifting and winning.

we do not know that. some people jump the gun and mark received before they have even gotten the key. the user that has won the game (in this case it's several users) has 7days to activate (it's only a 2day old win, hence no actual rule breaking yet).

that's why i posted it there too.. people do not need to jump the gun and call this user out for something that hasn't fully happened yet.
