Can't give any game and it said reach the limit

I cancel my one my gift away 2 days ago due to wrong setting
but the problem is now
I wanna give some games but I can't start a single giveaway now :(
and I use the support ticket but nobody reply :(

You need to send a ticket to support explaining what happened and ask for more giveaway slots.
(You lose a giveaway slot every time you delete a giveaway).

Agreed.
When I was still somewhat new to the site I made several public GA's that I had intended to be invite only. When I realized my mistake, I deleted them thinking I could simply make them over again with no penalty. I lost like 6 GA slots because of it and was only able to make about half the giveaways I had wanted.
Lesson learned the hard way.
