what can i do ??

I recently did a giveaway which has ended 2 days ago
I give the winner the key after 1 hour the giveaway end but still get no response from him.

I know i have to wait 1 week but apperently this guy is always online. Is it to much to ask that he could let me know if the key "working or not" so i can give him another .

What do you think i can do in this situation

wait - just cause they show as online, doesn't mean they are on steam and able to activate a game - that is why you get 7 days

only thing you could so is send a friend request on steam and try to chat, worked for me in these situations
