It's a taxing but gorgeous post-processing graphical overhaul. What I recommended provides a similar enough effect with a minimal performance hit.

Suggest me best gameplay/atmosphere/weapons/npcs/quest/otherstuff skyrim mods that dont hurt balance , are seriously made and are awesome to use, mods that just improve the game not change it for sillyness. Mods that makes skyrim experience better.
