No. And that would be against the rules, I advise you to only enter for games that you want to activate on your steam account.

Oh, I see. It's just I entered a NieR - Automata giveaway 'cause I wanted to give it as a birthday gift to a friend, tbh my PC can't even run the game, but, still, maybe, later on, I would get interested on it, when I have a better PC. Guess I'll just buy it in time.

That would violate two rules: first, not activating won key on the associated account, second, if you win it again, it is a multi-win, which is a separate offence. You'd have to kiss goodbye for the site for 5 days and for all potential wins for a month after someone finds out. Not to mention that you would fail most any SGTools-protected forum giveaway checks.

Read the faq.
It's against the rules not to activate games on your account!
If you're not interested in a game then don't enter GAs for them.

Being quick: If I win a giveaway but don't use the key (like, let's say I give it to a friend or whatever), can I still enter other giveaways for the same game later? Like, the fact that I won the giveaway will make Steamgifts count as if I own that game on my Steam library? ('cause like we all know, you can't enter giveaways of games you already own).
