Just because it asks for a survey doesnt mean its fake. That steam key could have very well been a legit one, the survey you do just so happens to give more money than the steam game they give you (or else, they would lose money). As in the key they give you is exploited (free) or is worth very little (say 20c), and the survey you do gives them money (say 70c), they still get a profit of 50c.
Or its possible it really is fake...

It was pretty easy to get clicks,
i just wanted to see if it was fake or real so i tried it and sure enough it was fake. it requires you to do a servery as most fake websites ask you to do to unlock the rest of the steam key. I also have tried the servery and like most just lead to more and more surveys so i highly doubt that it is real.
