It takes as long as it takes. And how long it takes depends on your luck and what you enter. If you're just going for the high profile giveaways with a lot of entries, like the Fallout 4's and that sort of stuff, it will take a long time before you win a single game. If you go for the ones with only a handful of entries it won't take as long (on average).

It really depends. Some months are better than others, until you find a hole in the RNG and manage to exploit it to your best interest:

Sometimes I've passed months without winning a single one, just keep joining and eventually you'll win one.
If you give some games away, you can raise your level, then join more giveaways with fewer people.

If you give away you'll lv up, then you'll reach GA with less people, increasing your chances to win.

But seriously, you have to join giveaways with only few people joining (like private ones or whitelist ones) and then hope you're lucky. Being a higher level works, and for that you gotta give away games to rise in level

Try giving games away and encourage others to do so also, then there will be a higher chance for everyone because there will be more giveaways in total. Also, get whitelisted or join a group that does giveaways!

Well a few months ago i made my giveaways, during that moments i won more giveaways (and considering i entered in almost all lvl 0 req....), casuality ??? nope just look the profile of people that give more giveaways and how many they won and see the dates. you will understand fast.
