Follow the link above that says, "SGTools check," then I believe you'll need to link your Steam account with sgtools.info. Then click to receive the giveaway link (if you "pass" by not having broken any rules), then click on the link it presents you with.
I'm sorry these aren't the best/clearest instructions-- let me know exactly where you're stuck and I'll try to be clearer.

Time to purge my key list again. I tried to give away all of my keys about a month ago, but I missed some as it turns out, and keys have a way of showing up right next to my PayPal statement...I don't know how this happens.
As before, I've created a few public GAs with links to the train's SGTools check, to catch people who may not read the forums, but are willing to read a short description.
Please direct yourself to this simple SGtools check. CV requirements range from 1-5, but only a few are more than 3. This time, by request, they are ordered by CV level, then alphabetically within each level.
Please don't leak the links - invalid winners will be reported and re-rolled.
Oh, and of course something for my whitelist: Bad Rats. =)
