Question about Making a Personal Requirement for Giveaways.

Can I force members who want to join my giveaway to post a comment for them to be eligible to receive the game if they win it?

I'm thinking of demanding from those who will enter the giveaway I create to post a short or even one-word comment instead of just clicking enter without a care in the world.

If the winner is someone who didn't post a comment in the giveaway, can I refuse him the gift since it's my requested requirement or will denying him be against the rules?

I'm planning to create a giveaway on my birthday and I wanna do that. I won't be demanding greetings but a different kind of comment. >:)

Can I give them away here in steamgifts for free like a bonus to whoever wins a giveaway I create?

Say I create one giveaway for a (non-bundle) game like Mission Runway, is it ok to include individual keys from bundles and on-going bundles to give it to the winner of Mission Runway?"

You can do whatever you want with them as long as you don't make a giveaway with them. You can give them out on the forum if you like.

So yeah, I don't think there would be a problem.
