You mean for one payment? Maybe Humble Store, but I highly doubt even that.

Do you mean getting the same game on both with one purchase, or a site that sells for both? If the former, maybe Humble store?

If your looking for a site whichs sells keys for multiple platforms (steam, origin....) and adds them to 1 shopping basket. Perhaps something like kinguin.net?

You mean you're looking for a legit site where you make 1 purchase for a game and it gives you 2 keys for 2 different platforms of that game? If yes then I don't believe it is possible. Some activated games on Steam can be added on gog, some games that are bought on HumbleBundle can have a drm version of the game, other than that I don't think you can get what you are looking for.

Pretty sure it doesn't exist. There are some sites which offer the drm free version too and there are some games from which you can extrapolate an origin key once you activate your steam one, but that's all.

This could only work for older or non-EA games, since EA doesn't distribute games by Steam anymore. And for older games it seems as if the stores either decide for selling Origin or Steam keys, but not both.

Take this with a grain of salt, but recall buying a few games on Uplay that I could add to Steam as well thus have them on both accounts. Though not all.

Just use IsThereAnyDeal, there you not only find all official resellers, but also the DRM requirement and price comparison for games.
There are similar sites for keysellers, too.
