I am sincerely not hyped for that game.

A few months ago when I was aware they were finally going the MMO route, I feared it would be the end of Bethesda.

Don't really see how, since Bethesda isn't making it.

That is mostly why the sentence is in the past tense.

I was veeeeery sceptical when I first heard of it, but I can say I'm a bit more interested now.

Even if it will never be as good as a singleplayer TES, it still looks way better than I thought it would... plsu we get to go to Black March! Yeeaaaaaah!

If there's a subscription fee I won't be getting this. Otherwise it looks pretty cool.

If it starts off as a F2P or even a P2W I will play it 100%. Even with a model like GW with buying the DVD.

But as a subscription game I would not pay monthly for it.

Still, I am very optimistic that this just might be the first MMORPG since the original WOW that I would play.

Skyrim was my first true RPG, and I enjoyed the hell out of it. I hopefully will work by the time the game comes out, so I might pick it up. I have been following Elder Scrolls Online, since it was announced, and as a not that old of a Elder Scrolls fan, I can say that I am definitely interested in seeing the rest of Tamriel.

Tell me you've played Morrowind and Oblivion. Please, tell me.

Given that he references Skyrim as his first true RPG, probably not.

Elder Scroll series were pretty meh, Morrowind was nice xD. Skyrim was WAY too easy for me. Haven't played Oblivion before o_o''

I've enjoyed all three, and Daggerfall before them. Never played Arena though.

I have played MMORPG's, but I never had a capable PC to run any of the games listed. So when I got my PC rig, and Skyrim was 6 months away, I decided to get it.

Hehe, that reminds me of when I got Oblivion, it was a couple years before I had a computer that could actually run it.

I am telling you kind sir, no. Heh, I know that Oblivion and Morrowind are considered better in every way, but I have not picked them up yet. I have a very huge list of games I got recently, which I will be investing some time into. I might pick it some during Winter Sale.

I'm very much interested in it, but I'm done with subscription games honestly. They just get too expensive. So here's hoping they go the same way as Guild Wars 2!

I believe that they already said somewhere that there won't be a subscription fee. Probably on one of the interviews they did with Game Informer.

Ah, awesome, I haven't been keeping up with it too much cause I like to be surprised when games come out.

They said that there will be a fee at first, but that they will go F2P after a short period of time.

Everyone needs to stop whining about this game about it not being a bethesda game and how its gonna ruin elder scrolls. Its not. As Its been said its placed 1,000 years before skyrim and is a beginning to the Elder Scrolls saga. I look at it as the very first Elder Scrolls. Its still got the same combat system, better customization system, and its got the same territory as all Skyrim, Oblivion and Morrowind. From what ive seen how can this NOT be a great mmorpg? Do you even know what a good mmorpg is? I say im greatly looking forward to this new Elder Scrolls online and i hope they keep the good work up.
