Yea... the development of Steamgifts.com has halted, as cg is currently working on a complete overhaul of it, called SGv2. You may be able to check progress on this by going to Steamsocial.com . Tho I doubt there is currently anything there.

It's not the bugs that need fixing. It's the number of the (volunteer) Support. It's been discussed though and cg will maybe add some more people as support members some time.

It occurs to me that if the site is not being actively developed, that perhaps setting the source code free into a git-hub or something may allow some of its members to find and squash some of the bugs that are constantly causing the same kinds of support tickets to be created.
I appreciate all of the effort of the mods and admins here, don't get me wrong. But I think its a lot of work and getting some of the bugs fixed would probably drastically reduce the amount of effort you need to spend on tickets; I know there are plenty of members here who have tickets that are months old.
