Why any games missing from creating gift list

I see any games missing from dropdown list with games - for example The Dream Machine (Chapters 1, 2 and 3) . Why this game and other missing from list with giftable games ?

Pid was removed because over 200k keys were given away for free and it was abused, so they removed it from the giveaway list.

The Dream Machine 1 and 2 is listed, as is The Dream Machine 3. They are listed under 'T'/'The'

I want to list this from new weekly sale on humble bundle
The Dream Machine (Chapters 1, 2 and 3)
but not found this and publish gift as The Dream Machine 1 and 2
