Pocket Frogs. My sister told me about it, and it's currently addicting me when I'm at home and have an internet connection. Make my frogs jump around while watching movies on Netflix or tv shows on Hulu, and trying to breed them all...
I also really like Shaky Tower.

Tiny Tower.
I don't know why, but it's so fucking addicting.

Games: 8 Ball Pool, Anagram Hero, Brightwood Adventures, Bubble Shoot (a certain version, others suck), Bubble Totem, Candy Crush Saga (:D), Cookie Clicker, Cookies Clicker 2: Nuts Rising, Cookie Collector, Executioner, Ice Age Village, Jurassic Park Builder, Marble Saga, Monsterama Planet, Where's My perry/Water/Mickey, Pool Break, Robinson, Shipwrecked, Tap the Cookie, Westbound
All the cookies games are fun at first but then get boring. All the Kiwi games are just trying to milk your money. Robinson used to be my favorite game but since I bought a new phone and lost my old save I haven't felt like playing it much. Dream Zoo was awesome but they shut it down:(

Truth and Dare (dirty)
let's just say that it made my relationship A LOT better
but I do not play game much on my phone, most that I play come from my humble bundle account.

I recently got an Android device so I can't say much, but so far I really enjoyed Jane Wilde and The Silent Age. I also recently installed Trial By Survival, it seems cool but I haven't played much.
Anyway, this thread is just what I needed, time to look trough your suggestions. :)

The only Android games I liked were ports of older games, meh. Like Max Payne, Carmageddon, Dodonpachi Ressurection, Espgaluda II. Maybe random tower defense game, like for example Robo Defense. My friend also liked Cytus, a music game.
Maybe Game Dev Story, but IMO it got boring after a while, more for short bursts playing.
[EDIT]
Oh wait, free. Then Robo Defense and Cytus are "free" (RD is a demo, athough it has enough for a few hours of play, and Cytus has microtransactions).
From apps:

osu!droid and osu! downloader. osu! is so much better (read: easier) on a touch device. I also play a lot of emulated games, SuperN64 and Snes9x EX+ are both free from memory and play everything I've tried smoothly.
As far as apps go, I get a lot of use out of AirDroid (online file management, copy files to/from your phone over LAN or net connection rather than plugging in with a cable) and Tasker which is a really potent tool to let you set variables and assign actions to them (for example I have one set so that when my phone is on charge and the battery reaches 100%, my phone plays an alert so I don't overcharge the battery, and also when I plug headphones in all notifications get automatically muted)
