I think that the link in the original post leads to the domain sgtools.info, and normally we'd go to www.sgtools.info. Also, the cookie PHPSESSID, which stores our login session, is only valid for www.sgtools.info or sgtools.info, not *.sgtools.info.

I think it should be
e.g. 374320 in owned_games instead of the reverse that you seem to have used. And also include a NOT to inverse the condition as currently the logic seems to only allow those entry who have one of the games in their library.

I own all but one of the games in this bundle, and SGTools seriously tells me I'm a bastard and that I need to to f off before violence happens to me - so your rule seems to work fine that way.

I've got everything, was planning on a set of GAs with this but it's just a collection and so I don't know if that's possible.

I too won two copies of "War of the Roses: Kingmaker" within an hour or so of each other and that's me marked as such (Even though I think they've been deleted).
I was thinking that perhaps it was me owning all of these Sherlock Holmes games individually that may have stopped me from entering. But I tend to stay away from SGtools because of the trouble getting past the duplicates before.
With this GA it seems like you have to have a friend on your friendlist already to give it away and there isn't any apparent end date to the offer on Steam which has kept me back from making a GA for it. There's at least two good games in there though :)

"Your account is flagged as having multiple wins for the same game." It's no biggie, I miss out on a bunch of GAs for a crime I did commit (Albeit unknowingly and with no end to the punishment) but I am curious as to how you give the GA out.
I was going to get it to give away as I own all the games and I think it's a fair price for them. But I could only give it to me, give it to me privately or give it to someone already on my friends list.
I could see it working if the GA was up prior to the sale ending and you added that person personally to your friends list and gave them the game hoping for them to then mark it as received here but what if the GA is started and then ends after the sale is over?

At least, you learned from your "sin", which actually isn't one, if you really tried to resolve it (which is still possible).
As mentioned above, the respective winner will be temporary added to my FL.
As for the 2nd question - it would be a petty, if that would happen, because I can't afford the full prize. There are 3 possible solutions though. Maybe I'm lucky enough to find a cheap key for the game/bundle or ask for patience, until it's on sale again. Despite that, I could only hope for the deletion of the the giveaway/copy.

Hey, I'd like to giveaway a few copies of Sherlock Holmes Collection for everyone, who ain't own any game of the package, while it's still on discount.
Ive never tested such a custom rule though I might to re-create the giveaway midway.
