Its 15 Euro off not sure why its in German received it in the mail this morning Maybe the German users can use it what ever I wasn't going to use it so I shared it.

It's only for German users, I got the same coupon. Anyone outside of Germany would have to use a VPN to buy from the store/activate the game which is against the TOS of Steam.

You can get Keys for ~23€ so I don't think alot of people want to buy it fullprice, even with 15% off.
