• Don't call out the gifter in the forums.

• Check your junk mail. It may be there.

• Speak to the gifter personally if there is a problem. Discuss and [hopefully] resolve.

• If all else fails, mark as "not received". Give it up as a bad job and move on.

Wait until he contacts you, the giveaway ended just 17 hours ago (i checked your post on the sticky of the forum, i saw you marked the gift as received)

Give him a week to give you the game. If he dont give you, check "no" in "Received Gift".

The creator of the giveaway has a week (7 days) to deliver the game, be it a Steam gift, a key or a redeemable link.
Wait a bit and after the 7 days, mark the gift as "Not Received" and report the person.

Remove his name from your post, though, because "naming & shaming" isn't allowed ;)
