Great news. I'm sure there are a few hundred scammers that feel like their life is over now :)

I thought there should be like only around 10 or 20

An exaggeration of course, but considering I managed 3 scammers on my first giveaway and that wasn't a hugely in demand game I wouldn't be at all surprised if there are is a good 30-50 of them.

It will remain anonymous just to the public or the gifter too?

Just to the Public. The Gifter still has to be able to see who they need to gift it too.

There is a person, who won in my giveaway. Steam showing that he has been logged in in slightly more than a hour, but he don't redeeming his game for four days. What does this mean? Technical problems?

That would have nothing to do with this, it just means the person for whatever reason hasn't redeemed their gift.

errrm im new to steamgifts, just joined today, i dont understand how people scammed before this change was released.

People would change the name of their Steam account to the name of the person who won the game and send a message over Steam to the gifter asking for the code to redeem the game. A silly scam since the gifts are supposed to be sent through email, but people still tried it anyways.
P.S. Welcome to the site, I hope you make sure to read through the FAQ on the forum so you don't accidentally do anything you aren't supposed to.
