What are the rules about dota 2?

steam just sent me a bunch of dota 2 keys, am i allowed to give them away or is there some kind of rule against it

You can give them out on the forums, or (attempt to) trade them off on SteamTrades. Creating giveaways on the main page for them, however, is not allowed.
