My childhood wasn't perfect. I'm not trying to contemplate about it because I got more bad memories than good.
At 14 my life dramatically changed. My parents divorced - father is an alcoholic, he left us with debts.
I was suffering even more from anxiety, and was feeling depressed.
Music was the only thing that helped me with all my problems. I can even say it saved me, if you know what i mean.
I thought my life can't get any worse, but then - again - it decided to show me, how wrong I was.
What’s happening in my family is fairly complicaded and complex.
I was (and currently am) having issues with my Brother and my Mother. It's hard to explain the nature of those issues, because there's many, many factors to them.
Actually, I'm studying to become a chef. Sure, I'm curious about food in general, what we consume, and what not, but I just... don't really see myself in the kichen.
I once read a book, where it was suggested to ask close friends where they would see me in my future, those answers I got :
-Barman
-Social worker
-Graphics/designer
-Creating commercials
In response to my question I received a good amount of answers. The ones that seemed the best for me were a bartender and a graphic designer, so I decided to put these suggestions to good use. I will take a bartending course at the earliest convenience. I’m also dabbling in various graphic editing software at the moment to improve my overall skills.
The next course of action will be to pursue my lifelong dream – to become an actor. The very idea of it puts a smile on my face.
I’d love to be able to fulfill myself in that way – whether on a tv show, or a movie.
The biggest problem with it right now is my nationality. I’m looking into studying abroad, so that I can get a visa (I’d appreciate if someone could share some info about acting schools in the US).
The other, (but still a huge one) problem is money. Getting to USA, accommodation, food and necessities… not to mention the cost of attending the school itself.
Believe it or not, I’m a poor mothe**, and it’s not looking like it’s about to change anytime soon.

P.S. Thanks to Daimon Blaise for correcting me on that text. Maybe someday I will expand my story...
P.S.2 For my dream I need to be perfect in English (working on that) maybe someone wanna be my native speaker ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I'm glad things are picking up (or at least that's what I read between the lines), and I hope you'll get what you're aiming for. I suggest to not put things on hold until you get to the US, because regardless of your nationality and location, there's always a lot you can do to advance your goals.

Good luck!

I'm not good with this kind of stuff, but it looks like this thread could use a bump. Thanks for the giveaways :)

Sorry to hear about your life struggle. I'm an international student currently in the US, but I don't know much about acting schools here.

My advice in general is try to find good scholarship because there are many schools that offer them, and branch out to less known states because you might find a better deal there (scholarship, tuition, cost of living, etc.) For me, I googled my major top schools in the US, then I checked out their websites for scholarship opportunities, tuition and went from there.

Food is cheap, but you might want to learn to cook because fast food does get repetitive. For your first semester, I suggest you stay on campus to experience the cultures, get to know your ways around, and make some friends.

Let me know if you have other questions that I could answer :D

I found New School in New York and British American Drama Academy, those only.
Questions:
Where are you from?
More or less, how much money I will need to survive one month in US? :D

Actually there's one thing all the jobs suggested to you as well as actor and chef have in common and that's creativity(a little less for social worker but it still requires some creativity to find solutions or make people open up to you sometimes), so you have a solid base of focus. Keeping busy is very important during "down" times, it's good you're exploring so many things! Fake it till you make it ;)
As quan said scholarships are somethign worth researching, if you can get one it'll help tremendously. Besides that I'm sorry but I don't think I can be of any help :(

If i can give you some realistic advice, so many Americans that are from the states itself that don't even get acting jobs (they take jobs as a waiter), acting lessons are no guarantees, you need to have something that stands out.

There is always amateur acting as a hobby.
