I won a game but the giver is suspended.

Bugger! I won Darkness II, 2 days ago but realized winning it today. But the giver is suspended, does that mean I cannot get the game at all?

Edit: I think he/she got suspended because of exploiting the group giveaway feature. There is something shady about those giveaways of him.

Anyone could have contacted him and taken advantage of him being suspended. He can't check who won through the site due to being suspended.
@OP - I think you're just going to have to wait for him to be un-suspended.

If a temp suspension may just take a bit. If permanent then you likely won't ever see it. Just keep checking to see if they get unsuspended.
