Oh man, so many nostalgic memories :D
Dunno if by PC you mean >=286 computers or just any personal computers.
My first computer was Amiga and my first games were "Spellfire the Sorceror" and a weird side-scroller where you played as a guy with sword, it started in a forest and little dwarfs were throwing stuff at you :P
My first modern (as in: non-commodore) PC games were "Teenagent" and "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis". Indy is still golden stuff for me and I love point-and-click adventures because of that one :D

For me it was Sonic 3 and Knuckles which I played to death. I still own the CD and have the manual all in the original jewel case.
