Well, it's ok, I'm not angry for being late or anything but...

Could anyone clarify it for me, how do people manage to be so quick? Is it a program or a code, or they just stay 24/7 pressing f5 on the same page? Is the person a sweatshop worker in some kind of key ninja industry? Or is it not?
