The Professional License has been removed/deleted, only Standard License could be used now.
I've claimed both type of Licenses on those assets, but could only manage to download the Standard one on Web and on Launcher.

Despite that, this time I also claimed Professional License and UECF or something license that doesn't seem normal term.

I might been confusing myself and others.
There is the Standard License you can click on the product page.
And then there is the Ownership information, which will be hidden if you own all the possible "Ownerships" (e.g. Professionel + Personal)
If the product only has one option (e.g. Personal) and you own it, then it simply will state "You own this item" and you can't tell it is a Personal ownership.
However if you look in the browser's Developer Tools (under Networks) you'll find a "ownership" file (json format) which contains the concrete information. (Yon may have to reload the page)
Alternatively you can (when logged in to fab.com) try altering the URL from the product page slightly
e.g. from
https://www.fab.com/listings/f2b46d19-096f-410c-a181-de69b0af3221
into
https://www.fab.com/i/listings/f2b46d19-096f-410c-a181-de69b0af3221/ownership
Notice the insertion of "i/" before listings and appending "/ownership"
Conclusion: I do find the fab.com UI a bit confusing regarding the ownership information

But can you download the asset with the non-Standard License?
I tried to look if people can download the asset with another license that is not Standard but didn't find a way to do that.

I'm not a lawyer. , so this is just my understanding.
As I read the Standard License section 2A you buy the asset at a License Tiers. It restricts who can legally use the asset. I believe the assets you download will be identical whether you own a Personal or a Professional Tier.
I do find it confusing that they use the term "Select a License" when you buy, but you're actually buying into a Tier as defined in the Standard License
If you own both Personal and Professional, you can probably treat the downloaded as Professional Tier.
It get more complicated if you already own the asset from Unreal Engine Market. The example from the previous text, I own 3 tiers/licenses
If I ever generate "$100K in the last 12 months" I will invest more time/energy into this topic. However right now I'm just hoarding. And it is nice to know that at least some of the assets are owned with "Professional"
As a side note: I find the limit of $100K to be too low. Depending on the number of assets you are using, it could trigger an extra cost of several thousands of dollars.
It also shows the importance of track of assets and licenses. Nothing I'm looking forward to.

Thx for the explanation, I was confused when seeing different license different price and thinking if when download it only shows the lower price one, means you can only use that one, might have limited features that is only given with the higher price one.
I guess just better hoard all of them and either way you still have those licenses with you in case anything requires them.

Thanks so much for such detailed information. I am so absent-minded that I occasionally missed the free assets when I had a whole month to remember! With only two weeks, I am in trouble!
A question for SG / ESGST experts. Is there a way to make a given thread always show on the home page of SG? I am subscribed to this thread. I have it bookmarked (perhaps with SG natively and also with ESGST). And still, it almost never shows on my front page. At times, I have come running here to post the new offerings only to see that someone had posted 2 or 3 days previously and I never saw the posting.
