No I can't find the license information for these either. I remain cautious about using these in commercial projects.
I have seen Cosmos using 3 different tiers:
It most likely would be the "Individual license" that applies. From their FAQ
Individual License: If you are a developer with an annual revenue of up to $100,000, the Individual License is the perfect fit. This license allows you to access our assets for your individual projects under specific terms.
