They never reset anyone's ARP, they simply made ARP a currency and gave us a percentage of our lifetime earning for spending, which frankly, was a smart move. Otherwise users like me would get every game while simultaneously claiming every bit of DR$ available.

I mean my levels and other users were reset hence why other people here who were once level 5 are now level 1 even if they haven't used their points. I consider that to be reset my arp. I have like 1500 less than my lifetime arp and I didn't buy anything.

Well I've been on the site for just over 8 years, and nothing has ever reset for me. Tier requirements changed, but they weren't that drastic, and pretty sure they got easier to reach, tho I could be remembering wrong. If you were reset for some reason, that sounds like a bug and you should contact support, because I haven't lost a thing in my entire time as a member.
Edit: I also have to state, using ARP currency does not reduce your level, it's entirely based on lifetime ARP. I've got about 62,000 ARP less than my lifetime ARP, I'm still tier 5.

That's not true. Before the last change you could get up to level 30 and then get 5 more extra levels (tier 1 to 5)... now the changed that level system for a tier 1 to 5 but the ARP you had has not been reseted.
I was tier 5 before the change and now, with more than 67000 lifetime ARP i am still tier 5.

Lifetime ARP has no changed and that is the amount of ARP that says in what Tier are you (and the giveaways you can enter).
The other ARP is only for getting games or items in Game Vault. They separed that ARP because veteran users could get too many things, but they did that only for that change.

Yeah they basically switched the system on people so reset them. Level 3 or 5 or whatever it was before wasn't enough anymroe and you have to go higher in arp now to qualify for giveways hence why so many people here mention they don't qualify since the change, me included.
Don't remember exactly how users claimed rewards before and how people who were super high used to get all rewards or something, but as others have said they like the new system better and that it's really easy to level up(I also saw plenty of level 5's with like 60k arp on the forums), so doesn't this support my point that if it's too easy for people to get the rewards they'll have to reset it again pretty soon in some sort of form?
Like for instance the game vault is open, but all the games are already out of stock and they got nothing to buy. Aren't the whales already whaling again basically? What's making this system more sustainable than the other one they had and reset to get this one?

I don't know if this ARP system is better or not (there wasn't any game vault with the old system), but in any case is really easy getting Tier 5... you only need time (i think you can go from a new account to T5 in less than a year. Is a lot of time but you can get really nice prizes).
For me... i had some 'financial problems' in the last 3-4 years, so is a nice way to get games i would never get it other way.

I hate it when they are on alienwarearena, but thanks for sharing! Will never make an account there

why not? i've been clicking on it most days for a few years now and have 16 games plus a keyboard, usb key, a couple kids bluetooth headphones, and most recently a wireless gaming headset to show for it.
it's not like their browser games are fun but if they want to give me alienware and dell rewards points that i can turn into free games and peripherals, i'll take it

Personally I find the site beneficial for how minimal the effort required is. I've gotten plenty of good games (most recently Baldur's Gate III), DLC's, and Dell Rewards Cash which has gotten me 2 SSD's, a mechanical keyboard, a laptop for almost half the price, a laptop bag, and sitting on over $200 in DR again in a matter of 2 months.

actually it doesn't take that long to level up.
I'm not doing much that requires effort.
I only open the site daily which gives me the daily login + 5 ARP for spending some time on the site (minimized TAB works)
I open one of their twitch stream partners in another (minimized) TAB for about ~30 minutes which gives me another 15 ARP each day
And I'll do the few click daily stuff like for example go on their news/video/etc. sub page.
They started sending ARP info emails a few month back so I know I got 1692, 1743, 1768, and 1507 ARP over the last few month for not doing much.
Tier 3 is at 7000ARP so easily done in 5 month, even in 4 if you put a little more work into it.

"And I'll do the few click daily stuff like for example go on their news/video/etc. sub page."
Are they giving ARP for this ?

I don't understand people who cry that they don't get points just because they registered an account on AWA. During the year, I gained over 19,000 points just for completing daily tasks. This is more than enough to reach tier 5. Apparently, for some people, even a few mouse clicks are too much.

Right now you can buy the Sylphin Fission Blade from the marketplace, the other 3 can be claimed for free, once you get those artifacts (stuff like cards) you need to go to Profile/Artifact Presentation Room (the last opiton) and equip up to 3 artifacts, you will see lot of useless stuff but the important are those who have a Equip/Unequip butom below them.
You can read the pasive bonus of each artifac on their descriptions, some artifacts can be upgraded using Fragments to improve the bonus, other like those 3 that are free can't be upgraded. Also there're sets of artifacts, when you have a full set, you also unlock an extra "pasive" bonus. In general bonus are something like +1,2,3,4 ARPs for daily quest/watching twitch/steam quest or a %OFF on the prices on the marketplace (including the games from the vault).
