yes you do. By joining this website you accepted it's rules. If you don't like the rules or don't agree with them - noone forced you on gunpoint to join the website and to keep using it. These rules say "Gifts should be sent to the winners within one week of the giveaway closing." which is pretty obvoious and cannot be interpret too differently. I know that what happened was that you didn't follw this rule and now try to blame "unfair system". No. it's not system fault you didn't follow the rules. It's "no one elses fault than yours". Simple as that.

You could have been in coma for last 3 months. Or you could be just saying that. There is no way to determine which is true, thus we cannot allow disregard of the rules simply on a basis of someone saying something.
