Ehhhhh..... you can't blame people though. Some people use this site who in reality can't afford to buy some games, let alone give them away. You can't hold it against them, and I'm sure they make up the majority of this site. Sure, others are selfish, though. But yeah Neocow's policy beats doing things like giving the same copy of the same game away in multiple giveaways just because of a stipulation stating that "you must have this game in your wishlist prior to today.
Edit: and yeah that's meant to be a light-hearted tongue-in-cheek dig at you. Light-hearted, I promise.

You will always be remembered as Secret of the Magic Crystals.

What you guys are doing is great, but by no means required. Some people that win the games just don't have the money to buy a game to giveaway. So I do not feel that if you win a game you should have to give one away and I do not find it selfish to win a few games but not do a giveaway. But once again thank you for your generosity to this great community.

"Before you leave consider getting a job because you are clearly in need of some money if you can't...etc"
edit: Yah on further thinking I don't think the poor excuse is gonna fly with me considering people who enter this site have a computer that plays games and an internet connection and since there are plenty of great games on steam for less than $10....well

Purchasing a game on Steam just to give it away to a stranger on the Internet is throwing away money. People who do it are deeply appreciated. Kijib is deeply deranged and why he hasn't been banned yet for his deliberate practice of refusing to give away games is beyond me.

I think adding stipulations to giveaways like he does is a huge grey area that should be addressed in an updated FAQ (if it isn't already).
I kind of assumed one negative feedback was bannable, but it appears you can renege on at least 7 giveaways. That said, his requirements for winning his giveaways are similar to (though not as reasonable) as saying "don't enter this giveaway if you already own the game," however that problem is potentially solved through the recent implementation of this site syncing with your games list.
I'd like to see this issue addressed specifically (if it hasn't been already), rather than see him banned.

What irks me isn't necessarily people winning multiple times without giving anything back. Like people said, maybe they are broke, or maybe theyre just out for free shit.
What does get my goat a bit are the people who have won multiple games, entered for hundreds of them, and haven't left a single comment. At the least, these people should say thank you on the giveaways, or should post in forum or chat sometimes. Like shit, a guy won 3 giveaways, and hadn't left a single comment. Just doesn't seem very appreciative.

Well, they still might add and thank the gifter personally. Though the site is nice too, it is hard to be a part of a lot of communities at once. I only joined this because I am a part of another gamer community, and i appreciate this site. I haven't thanked on many, if any giveaways. Just commented on a game that i enjoy, or two.

Just to add to what you said, I have personally thanked the gifters of the giveaways I won over steam Friends. So just because they didn't comment, does not mean they are not thankful.

Some guy named DrPepperPenguin has made only 200 entries but has won 8 times. Has never commented, and has never even played any of the games he won (I checked his Steam profile). It irritates me to no end (on top of the fact that how is it even possible for someone to win 8 out of 200 entries while some of us are at 150 or more with no wins? I hate to say it but I feel like some sort of foul play is involved.)

As a matter of fact I have played about half of the games I have won. I don't like playing 8 games at a time and don't have a lot of time to play games. Mind if I wait until I'm done with one to start another?
Am I to stop entering giveaways because I have had a lucky streak? Is there a time limit between me winning a giveaway and when I should create one? I have a feeling that if our roles were reversed you would not feel this way...

The "thank you"s on the giveaways seem pretty empty to me. Some people are actually being nice but it seems like most think it will somehow increase their chances of winning.

This is the exact same policy that im using. When I won my first game I did a giveaway.

I did the giveaway before entering any. Booyah! :P

I won a game, gave out a game, then the game I won turned out to be a fake...
