Continue your attempt to contact the giveaway creator. After waiting 7 days past the giveaway's ending time, mark as not received and move on. Support can't help you any further.

You could also try commenting on the giveaway, since he might notice the notification from it.

Why did you create a ticket ? I don't see how support can help you with this
If you can't contact him, maybe he will after you mark it as not received

Because I thought that was the purpose of 'Support' tickets? I've seen various issues on this site, via giveaways, seen the comments in the forums. By letting the right people know, if something needed to be done, it could, if it didn't need to be done it didn't. If support has a lot of tickets about the same person/id it may give a 'red flag' if not, so be it. I was just trying to help the community.
Was I doing wrong?

It's not a situation where they can do something.
I think it would be better to close the ticket because they already have a lof of tickets to deal with

Have you tried emailing them? I had an issue with one of the winners of my most recent GA, they blocked my Steam Add (I later found out that it was because they only add people they know in person to their Steam) so I emailed them and got it sorted quicksmart...

"Failure to give gift" is not something we can help you with. The best thing you can do is to mark "not received" and move on. If nothing else, it will provide incentive for the creator to contact you. Ordinarily, the giveaways will not be deleted or re-rolled without Support verifying that you have been contacted.

@ TempeteJoachim - I've just gone into my ticket, I can't find anyway to close it out or add a note to it or nothing.
@RowdyOne - I didn't need to email him, as LuckyLastLaugh idea worked, the guy come back to me, he'd updated the key in the giveaway, I've just tried that one, it worked, I've commented back to him, and will comment again to advise him I've ackknodledge/received it, but I still don't know how to close the open ticket.

So, I entered a giveaway, I won, and the key says it's duplicated, yet everybody else who has won from this person is 'green ticked' to say they have received their giveaway. I'm wondering if he copied and pasted the same key twice by mistake. I'm trying to give the person the benefit of the doubt.
I've created a ticket, as of yet, it's been 3 days with nothing being touched.
Suggestions?
