Quite a few. Some of my favorites are the Doom games, The Orange Box, Sanatarium, Myst, and Unreal Tournament. One of my favorite parts of my collection is the first PC game I ever played, which is the two Doom shareware disks that a friend gave to me. They no longer work, but they're still a treasured part of my gaming history. And I'm going to be getting physical copies of some of the digital games I own, too. I've been surfing Amazon and eBay for good deals on 'em! :)
I can't name off too many more right now, due to brain fuzzies, and because they're all packed up and I don't feel like getting 'em out. I do adore my PC games collection. Especially the ones without a whole lot of pesky or odd DRM.

Hard copies of games like that are only really good for folks who're obsessive about having them for their collections. It used to be helpful for saving on bandwidth, since a lot of the files could be installed from the disk. But now there have been so many changes to all of the games in the set that you might as well just get 'em all off of Steam.
But I do like having mine, even if it's just something nice to look at. It feels a bit more like an actual part of my collection this way. :p

Halo, UT2004, CiV4, WoW, Starcraft 2, Batman Arkham City, Assassin's Creed Revelations, and Diablo 3 are the ones I can remember off the top of my head.

Older:
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind GOTY, Dungeon Siege + LOA, Syberia 1+2, Giant Citizen Kabuto, Baldur's Gate Saga, Sacrifice, Guild Wars. + many weird stuff from gaming mags, games like Konung or Gorasul
New purchases (2010+):
Mount & Blade: Warband, Starcraft 2 Wings of Liberty, Portal 2, Guild Wars 2.
I no longer buy physical copies unless they're cheaper than what Steam has or unavailable there.

I was just thinking about that, given that when I was younger it was REALLY hard to find original games (i.e. not pirated copies) where I live or even near my town (I live southish in Argentina, and not in a main city), so the games I physically "have" are almost all copies T_T except for Metal Gear and Max Payne, which I got them as originals several years after they were released :/. And what about you guys and gals?
