Probably you can gain acces to the website whit your email and delete your profile/account or simply contact whit the webside and tell exactly this, they will close your profile.

You can do that and they will stop sending mails. They will also sell lists of users' mails who attend such mails (real mail addresses with a person reading them).

I only get spams from Virtualization Review, Application Development Trends and Redmond magazine. I don't know what those are, but I am sick of unsubscribing from them, so I just flagged them. IndieGala is also a bit spammy and I never read their emails either.

I would recommend not going to the sites as they could be phishing attempts. Just mark as spam and delete

I'm not interested in dating, at all, but I'm sick of getting e-mails from these sites ten times a day.
