Just mark them as spam, next time you receive them they'll go to spam folder instead, so it'll be much easier to delete them all once.

Probably you can gain acces to the website whit your email and delete your profile/account or simply contact whit the webside and tell exactly this, they will close your profile.
If you don't care about your profile in this web like sayd BladeMasterTheOne "mark them as spam", problem solved.

I only get spams from Virtualization Review, Application Development Trends and Redmond magazine. I don't know what those are, but I am sick of unsubscribing from them, so I just flagged them. IndieGala is also a bit spammy and I never read their emails either.

...From dating sites, even though I have never signed up for any of them.
I'm not interested in dating, at all, but I'm sick of getting e-mails from these sites ten times a day.
Has this ever happened to any of you guys?
EDIT: I followed your advice, I marked every single one of them as spam.
