It's actually the perfect way to make a giveaway for this awesome game. Who ever puts in the time to solve this, might be able to endure this unfair game-experience, until he/she finds the beautiful core of this gem :)

It's a game that wants to troll the player. it was designed to make people give up on it, so don't feel ashamed that you didn't want to put the effort into this. But I can at least assure you that it's worth to try and live through the experience, unless you REALLY dislike everything about this :D

It's really great, imho. Just don't expect some sort of point and click adventure with choose-your-own-adventure-gameplay like in those Telltale games.
That's what, I think, many people think this game is about and those will get disappointed halfway through the game at the latest :/
Nevetherless, one has to put some effort into beating this and that can be quiet chore sometimes!

Love Ninja Gaiden Sigma, pissed my copy got eaten by a ps3 that the disc drive stopped working for. Much better to be challenging rather then like the God of War games and be too easy

I really don't like the GoW type of hack'n'slashes, where the character moves and attacks at snail pace, because his muscles and armor weight a few tons. And that's not even starting to talk about the enemies, which are either mindless hordes or uninspired bosses/minibosses.

I will recommend any game by Platinum games(or Clover as they were known). Even the Legend of Korra and Transformers Devastation have the combat to stop them from being terrible

I heard good things about Anarchy Reigns, but honestly I like this type of games to be a little bit more "graceful" (think Bayonetta for example (also, Bayonetta is amazing)) and with some more style than just hammering down a bunch of dudes with your fists.

Bayonetta was great, really annoyed the sequel is only on Wii u, nobody owns them over here.
Anarchy reigns has a lot going for it, the music is fantastic, gameplay is good, all characters feel unique, and the boss battles take the game to the next level. Behind vanquish, it's the hardest game I've played from platinum. If you like PvP style bosses you'll like it

Vanquish looks really interesting, but I don't really feel that comfortable with fast paced TPS. Although I think, I'll have to look a bit more into Anarchy Reigns. It might very well turn out to be something right up my alley.
