So i am planing to build new pc and after doing my research i decided to go with those parts:

Aerocool VS-92 Black ATX Gaming Case
MSI H97 GAMING 3 LGA 1150 ATX
Intel Core i5 4590 3.30GHz
GTX 750 ti 2GB
Corsair CSM 450W
Kingston 240GB V300 SSDNow 2.5inch SSD
2TB Toshiba 2.5" SATA Hard Drive
HyperX 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 2 X 4
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 4 Heatpipes/1x120mm Fan CPU Air Cooler
Corsair Air Series SP120 LED Red High Static Pressure 120mm Fan x 8

my question to you guys is what would you change? any suggestions how to make it better
i am not really into building pcs so i don't reall know a lot about all those pc components that's why i need your help community!

and here's a giveaway

I'm not that much of an expert in computer hardware but it seems like a solid build, even if it's slightly outdated. It'll probably last a good 2 years running AAA titles in high res and good FPS but doubt it'll go much further imo. First thing I'd change is the GPU to a more powerful model like 960 but since you've already bought it nothing you can do there. I'd also suggest a 550W or higher PSU. I haven't checked all your parts individually to see how much they need but 450W is barely cutting it(if at all) nowadays, so if you have any plans of replacing/upgrading parts in a year or two without switching out everything it's best to go with the safer option. Might save you some money/trouble later on. The rest either seem alright or I have no clue about those

Looks fine, the only thing I'd change is the one thing ya can't change which is the GPU xD Instead of the V300 I would recommend the MX100 or MX200 or even the BX100 if any of those models are cheaper for you.

You are going to want to switch out the power supply for a slightly better quality one, and you might want to look at getting a 3.5" hard disk drive instead of a 2.5" one

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

tier one and tier 2a/2b , tier three you should read the descriptions before looking.

he prob pulled the 2.5 from a laptop to cut costs. OP should clearly state what parts are being reused or he is getting for cheap etc.

I didn't i just checked and I will go for Toshiba 2TB SATA 6GB/s 64MB 7200RPM 3.5" Hard Drive what do you think?

Most HDDs function the same. Go for whatever is cheapest, within reason. I assume the SSD will be the OS drive and the HDD will be used for game and media storage? The Toshiba drive will work just fine.

I think you can buy that processor: Intel Core i7-4790K

@edit: You can buy a GTX 780 Ti

-_-, I hope you are joking. This is clearly a budget build, and even if it WASNT a budget build, an i7 for gaming is like tossing cash into the fireplace.

780TI vs a 970 for a lower price would be suggested for a NONE budget build, but again, its a budget build.. so wtf.

While i could afford gtx 780 or even 790 i don't think i will be able to afford i7 too

Ive heard you only really need more than 8 gigs of RAM if youre editing really long videos, or modding minecraft.

2TB Toshiba 2.5" SATA Hard Drive

IDK if you pulled this from a laptop, or are getting a good deal on it, but typically a 2.5" drive will cost ~20% more than a 3.5". Maybe you are getting this because you think your case wont fit it? Case will fit a couple of 3.5" drives and optical drives.

HyperX 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 2 X 4

Is this 8GB or 16GB? 2x4 would be 2 sticks of 4GB which is a typical kit. 8GB is plenty unless you do something that requires more ram.

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 4 Heatpipes/1x120mm Fan CPU Air Cooler

You dont need this with your CPU, stock cooler is fine.

Corsair Air Series SP120 LED Red High Static Pressure 120mm Fan x 8

You REALLY dont need these at all. Your parts wont put out that much heat to require that many fans. The case should come with suitable fans for airflow.

Id also switch out the MOBO assuming you are sticking with a single GPU, and not going to OC at all. Something like this

Honestly I'd try to stay with an _97 board for this build, and keep it ATX, I am always weary of the H_1 MOBOs, an I wouls be a bit weary trying to put an i5 on a three phase board for gaming and whatnot. that should not affect it too much, but I still personally would worry.

I will go for 3.5' after reading most of the comments on forums
it's 2x8gb i did a mistake
i won't buy the cooler for cpu then thanks i will save some money and maybe upgrade to i7 or gtx 780 or 790

DO NOT buy an i7 for gaming unless you have a ton of cash you just want to burn. A 790 isnt a thing. If you have a large budget for a gaming rig, please post that in the OP. The specs posted seem to be for a budget build vs a gaming rig.

If you have the cash, I would suggest a 970 or 980 for gaming, but you would also need a bigger power supply for these cards.

16GB for gaming is not needed, 8GB is plenty.

ah thank you i will go for 8gb as i will just use the pc for gaming as i am not really into graphics or editing videos so should be fine then
also i will buy the i5 but upgrade to 970 + 550W power supply

As far as a PSU I agree with above, but I'd suggest a 600w because for most GPUs nowadays a 600w is the minimum. You can check the EVGA website and see what the recommended PSU is for your GPU. (I assume your GPU is an EVGA) Also, always go Corsair when getting a PSU. I've seen a few decent EVGA PSUs too though.
Personally I prefer ASUS motherboards over other brands. They tend to be the best out there as far as reliability as far as I've seen. As an example (Not saying you should go for this) here is the equivalent to your motherboard with ASUS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132415
When buying parts always remember it's a gamble. You might get unlucky and get a DOA (Dead on arrival). You might be fine; nobody can say for sure. I go with Newegg when buying parts because they're easy to buy from, they ship things really fast (most of the time), and it's pretty easy to return stuff. Oh, and the constant flow of amazing deals.

Also, combos such as this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1727854 are always good to look out for. (I picked out that combo for myself)

P.S. Is your RAM 16GB or 8GB? You said 16GB, but put 2x4. Considering your current specs I'd say go with 8GB. Idk if you are running a game server and want to dedicate RAM to that or not though.
Oh, and I'd say just a 1TB HDD would be fine Considering you also got an SSD. Just my opinion though.

Oh, yeah the stock fan will be fine for the CPU and extra fans are just an option (as stated in the comment before mine)

A 750TI sips power. 68watts on a stock 750TI while gaming. Op would be fine with a quality 450watt PSU.

I am aware of this, but if he upgrades the GPU he will need to upgrade the PSU as well which is more money and a pain. Also, he's got lots of extra parts in there adding to the power usage. (Not that big of a difference though.

As you take 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 ram, I'd suggest you taking an other mobo, you could save $50 by taking a non "gaming" one. An $70-80 mobo easily accept, at least, 16GB of ram at 1600MHz. Unless you want to OC your CPU (and as far as I know, the one you've chosen can't be OC anyway), there's no real point getting a $100+ mobo.
All the additional fans seems useless, but I guess those have led inside so if you want to pimp a little bit, do what you like.

Edit: And same thing if you take 8GB. As others mentioned, unless you want to do crazy things, go with 8GB, another $50 bill saved.

My only real concern is the power supply, you can probably do a little better for not much more. That card only requires 300W but if you ever plan on upgrading it in the future you might find yourself a little limited, especially if you opt to turn that GTX750 in to a PhysX card (not really needed, but makes it so an upgrade doesn't make your old card completely useless).

Looks good, but a little overkill on cooling in my opinion. You could just go with CPU cooler + 2 aftermarket fans or stock cooler + 4 aftermarket fans especially since you have such a big case witch already has 1 case fan an good air flow.

The question would be are you planing to upgrade in the future or not.

If you are on a budget, at least the GPU should have been AMD: much better price/performance ratio in the low/middle category.

If you are not using an xxxxK Intel CPU, there is little reason to buy a separate cooler, unless you live in a hot climate. On a similar note, a 4690 would give you more power that the additional cost, it is probably the best CPU of the Intel Core line so far.

16 GB for a low/mid rig is way too much RAM, 8 GB is enough.

That PSU is not so good, get something more of a quality.
